Good morning and salutations. My motor is running strong this morning. Getting some things done around the home and yard. And in between a few minutes with the camera, computer or Dremel tool.
My neighbor’s wildflowers are attracting butterflies. I’m getting a few future posts together and working on my sons carving.
Still a lot of chores remaining for the afternoon so let me get back outside.
Random Thoughts of the Day
- Something about a few thousand-armed National Guard troops roaming DC doesn’t give me more comfort. Makes me think about being around an unfortunate accident. I was thinking about spending some time down there this coming month but now I’m not sure. Probably would be a lot of great photo ops with armed troops around our national treasures.
- I’m tired of football and it hasn’t even started. I’ll watch some games but all this hype and betting and preseason crap isn’t for me.
- I’ve got the urge to start cooking more. That could be dangerous. Certainly messy.
- Mowing is a good workout if your pushing it.
