It felt good to get the Dremel tool out and do a little work with it. I was playing around with carving some seashells. A theme my granddaughter loves – the sea – and I do all I can to encourage her. Broke the first few, but I’m getting the knack of it.

Sort of wishing I was at the shore with this view. I could use a nice cold frozen drink. It’s still a beautiful day right here today.

Football is a far thought from wasting time on. I’ll catch highlights later. It’s not that I don’t like the game, I do. It’s just to beautiful outside and there won’t be many more days like it.

I’ve put in a few hours work, now it’s time to play before I light the grill. And maybe a late night-ride later.

Random Thoughts of the Day

  • I feel out of place in most places.
  • I read a quote that said, “Happiness is only real when it’s shared.” I might be less happy than I thought.
  • Not knowing what I’m doing isn’t a problem. Lots of people tell me often.
  • Action is one of the keys to telling you about people. Inaction can tell you a lot also.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
