Misfire

Yesterday, there was a misfire. Somewhat productive but lots of downtime. More than I planned, so I can’t say the week is off to a flying start.

Today I hope to be doing a lot better and getting off my behind.

But you know what they say about the best laid plans, don’t you. That’s one reason I rise early in the mornings. I can get some things accomplished and relax a bit before the day is put in gear for others.

We picked a new spot for dinner this week and I’m calling for reservations later today. That’s a fun thing to start the week with and gives some anticipation to the coming days.

One thing I don’t really want to do but needs doing is some power washing of the fence. Thankfully it will be warmer today.

The attic is now cleaned out. That was a project, but another one to check off the list.

Random Thoughts of the Day

  • Seems like we are living in a world of two separate realities.
  • The Oval office holder says I’m not representative of our country and I’m whacked out. Come see me about my personal message to you if you got the balls.
  • I didn’t know my Ring service was linked to Amazon Web Services systems till they went down this morning. Something else I just added to my list to change in the future.
  • If the No Kings rally was a hate America rally, what was January 6th?
  • My AI plan is to avoid it.
  • Pardoning George Santos boggles my mind, like so many other things being done.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
