Special in each way

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique? – Asks the daily prompt.

In some ways, just about everything about us is unique. Appearance, speech, mannerisms, smell, taste, interpretation and more. And in some ways, we are all the same.

Everyone laughs, just a little differently and maybe sometimes at different things. How a person grieves is unique. A lot of it may look the same but it’s personal to that individual and them only. The memory of that event will be their own and different from yours. The way we experience things is unique.

That is what makes all our interactions so special because other people can’t replicate it.

That is something AI can’t replace – our uniqueness.

We are like leaves on a tree, looking the same, but no two alike. Headstones all similar, yet a different story underneath each.

Unique

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique? – This requires some tough thinking for a Monday morning which might not be in the cards.

The first thing that came to mind was the MIND. If we think we’re different on the outside I bet the mint that the mind is imminently more unique to each of us than anything else. The power of the mind dwarfs the body. And the way they are wired combined with the intake through life makes it the winner in my book.

Our environment makes us unique.

The skills we learn and become experts at.

Those personal experiences we all have form us and make us more unique.

How we see things are infinitely different. How we taste food differently.

The focus on self vs others.

Loss and pain make us unique as hell.

I’ll end on a happy one – Our taste in cars and how to style them.

And as the back of this car is aptly named Bucket List, I’ll get to work on mine this week. My 2 seater has a bit more room.

Uniqueness

Which aspects do you think makes a person unique? – The Daily Writing prompt wants to know today.

Each person has their own personal and unique perspective. You might be able to move to that person’s line of sight and take in what they are seeing but you can’t process it internally like they do and have the same response/feelings.

People’s skills/talents/creativity seem individual to all of us.

I have found people’s sense of humor to be unique.

Also, our passions and beliefs make each of us individuals.

Relationships with family, friends, and coworkers are unique to each of us.

Things may look the same, clouds in the sky, a field of sunflowers reaching upward, waves hitting the shore but they are as unique as each of us. And like us, they are constantly changing.
