Yep, I reckon so

The daily prompt asks – Do you vote in political elections?

YES YES YES. And YES again. I’ve always voted even in primaries. Even when my primary choice doesn’t make it to the general election I still VOTE. Everyone should VOTE. It’s part of the problem we find ourselves in, so few people vote.

You don’t just get to sit back and bitch all day if you don’t vote. Actually, you have no right to complain about anything if you choose to not be involved in what affects you.

I can’t remember not voting any chance I had since I was eligible. And that is a lot of elections.

Yes I do

Do you vote in political elections? – I remember a similar question last year from the daily writing prompt.

Of course I vote in elections. Every time in fact. Primaries included. Other than that it’s too early in the day to get riled up about politics. Plus, it’s a Saturday and there is much to do.

I will say, be smart with your vote. Read as much as you can about the people you’re voting for. Look for someone you would trust. Because they will be setting the future for your children and grandchildren.

Please Vote

Do you vote in political elections? – The Daily Writing prompt asks on this fine Friday morning.

Yes, I vote in every election, primaries, local and general. It is my belief if you don’t vote, keep your mouth shut because if you can’t do the simplest thing you have no right to complain.

This form of government we set up only works if the people are involved. It’s astonishing to me that so many don’t vote. Yes sometimes the selection of choices isn’t what we want but those people will be making decisions that affect your life so you better pay attention and get involved.

And to those thinking that violence is the solution if your selection doesn’t win please reconsider.
