The first crush was a long time ago. I actually can’t remember which was first. In elementary school I had a crush on Cindi. But I also had a crush on a girl named Jackie. She was the older sister of a good friend I grew up with.
That first attraction, those first nerves when they transform from neighbor or classmate to Wow. It makes me smile to think of those youthful feelings.

My first Crush was from a soda machine at a Southern States store. I had tried Fanta Orange and that was just okay. But Orange Crush was the refreshing drink I was looking for.
My next Orange Crush was in my teens at Ocean City I believe. A mixture of fresh-squeezed OJ, triple sec, vodka, and Sprite. This is a drink that was created on the Eastern shore of the mid-Atlantic I believe.
Okay, I believe my first crush was in elementary school on a sweet young girl named Cindi. Interestingly enough she just messaged me the other day, first time in many decades, and asked if I was going to the HS class reunion next year. So we will be catching up again.
