After reflecting for a few minutes, I don’t believe I’m seeking either one. I’m looking for love, laughter, contentment, and good health for those around me and myself. Some good meals and time on the beach.

I don’t seek either of these as I interpret the question.
I feel secure and don’t live in fear. Otherwise, I’d never get in a car, or go online. I don’t sit at the front door with my shotgun. I’m not careless and I’m aware of my surroundings. A matter of balancing life and all its dangers.
My adventure days are behind me in some ways. Not that every day isn’t an adventure. There is a lot of fun and travel in my life. Every day watching a grandchild is an adventure. I’ve been married over 4 decades so that is always an adventure. I have adventurous friends and sometimes go along. So adventure finds me, I don’t have to seek it.
