My oldest granddaughter loves rainbows. She loves seeing a rainbow in the sky. She loves rainbow stickers. She sometimes gets rainbows on her tennis shoes or unicorns.

I’ve always loved them myself and actively look for them during and after rains. Simple light and water creating beauty.

Random Thoughts of the Day

• I love eating breakfast at small diners.
• There is an end table in my basement. It contains a heating pad, a blood pressure machine, a back brace, a knee brace, a shoulder brace and two ankle braces. I’m saying this as a note to my doctor that I don’t have any more room in this cabinet.
• Companies used to make engraved name plaques for people. I noticed that going away towards the end of my career. Guess people weren’t staying long enough to make it worthwhile.
• Do you ever feel unusually relaxed and wonder why?
