Still making tracks

I opened my closet today and the first thing I saw was one of my “Life is Good” tee shirts and I said to myself yes it is. So I’ll leave it at that after a great day that has given me peace of mind again for a while. Now I can enjoy the holiday season. And I think the first thing I need to do now is help others enjoy the season.

There are a great number of ways that can happen. Being patient with people out shopping. Being charitable and volunteering for something. Sharing your blessings with family and friends. Just smiling and saying happy Thanksgiving or Merry Xmas and happy New Year. It’s very tough and very easy at the same time. I’m going to try to find the joy this season instead of being disgusted with the commercialism and traffic and attitudes or expectations.

Making tracks.

Like I’ve heard it said, it’s all how you look at things and respond to them. So minimize the negative and concentrate on positives and spreading them around.

Random Thoughts

I’m thankful for today, and looking forward to tomorrow.

Its power eating season. They don’t call it stuffing for nothing.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
