Seasonal

I get seasonal blues once in a while and I just haven’t been myself the last few days. I hope to snap out of it today. And then I went outside and all hope faded.

What a mess outside today. If it wasn’t falling on you, then you were stepping in it or both at the same time.

That howling wind outside is already drying things off nicely. And the last two foggy mornings will be a thing of the past. Even with the sun tomorrow it won’t feel as warm as it did today by a wide margin. So, I’ll be smart and dressed for it.

Photography Journey Day 40 Recap and Day 41 -12/11/24

There was progress yesterday morning, but the effort faded fast. I was able to upload another hundred or so shots and managed to get out of the house and take some fog shots. After that it was downhill. I managed a little editing last night before passing out.

Today I got a slow start but finished strong. I haven’t done much shooting today, but I’ve been an editing, uploading fool. I still have a few years backlog sort and edit, and then decide what to upload.

My goal later this evening is to go through a few hundred more slides from my parent’s collection and categorize them.

And I just turned the printer on in case I find something I like while editing. So I figure I have about 3 hours of good work left in me today which will take me to midnight. Then some rest.
