We took a few days away from home on the Eastern Shore of Maryland this week. Some beautiful weather, beautiful sights, great food, restful evenings and worked on my tan in the sand.
Much has changed and much has stayed the same in my favorite beach town. I wasn’t in town but a few minutes when I saw a new sign going up. And I really like the message.
By the time we walked to the end of the boardwalk, stopped for a snack, the installation was complete on the way back for this shot.
Life is good but the yard needs cutting. Oh, it’s raining, what a shame. I guess that chore will be moved to Saturday or Sunday weather depending.
But first downloading some more of the shooting I did last night and today in Easton and St. Michaels Maryland.
On second thought, I think I’ll go finish the second half of that shrimp salad sandwich and pretend I’m feeling that cool ocean breeze.
Random Thoughts of the Day
- I’ve discovered I shouldn’t go shopping alone for the grandchildren. I would overbuy.
- I’m loving this feud between Musk and Trump.
- I wish we could put out a sign that says, “this state is full.” Traffic is out of control.
- My daughter got me a sign for my office. “The only B.S. I need in my life is: BEACH & SUNSHINE” – I love it.
