The daily prompt has asked a tough question – If you had to sum up your life philosophy in one sentence, what would it be?
Trying to love and help others along the way while working hard and finding ways express myself.
Well, that was my first attempt. Putting a life philosophy in one sentence is a tough ask. For if you asked me this question, I would probably answer differently on different days.
For instance, if I was out with my two best friends the philosophy might be short and sweet.
That’s a penalty shot.
If I had just spent the day watching a grandchild, it might be.
Life is so simple, precious, sweet, loving and made of smiles of children.
If I was on a day trip by myself to Ocean City in my convertible the philosophy might be.
Wind in the hair, a manual gearbox, toes in the sand, waves in the ears and sun on the skin.
If I’m out photographing for the day, it would be.
Eyes move constantly, seeing opportunities, the body spinning around, the head looking up and down, measuring light and framing life with a camera in hand.
If you caught me with this question on family vacation.
Being woken up by our grandchildren jumping and screaming with joy, while their parents stand at the door laughing and smiling.
