In 20

What’s a piece of technology you’re convinced will exist in 20 years? – Now there is an interesting question from the daily prompt.

Well, if I’m around, in 20 years, I hope to have my Miata still running. That means I might have one of the last manual transmission cars on the road.

Some say the pace of change with technology is going to dwarf any past periods. So, the next 20 years could bring about great change. But being old school, I’m going with an old school technology because I for one have no idea where this technological madness is taking us.

So, my answer is a Bicycle

I was going to say a hammer a chisel, because it’s always possible that we might just bomb each other back into the stone age.

Love to see

What’s something you’d love to see in the future, but know you probably won’t live to witness? – Interesting question from the daily prompt.

I’d love to see peace in the world but that certainly won’t happen in my lifetime.

I’d love to see great leadership appear and guide this country in a better direction. I guess it’s a possibility, but it seems so far off.

I’d love to see people live in better harmony with the earth we live on. We are abusing our own home. And I probably won’t be around to see the real damage we have done.

I’d love to see all my grandchildren as adults finding their love and being happy.
